1. Scope of Service

FitJobs is a service that analyzes users' professional documents with AI support, matches them with job advertisements, and provides customized career suggestions. The quality of the service depends on the accuracy of the data provided and the analysis capacity of our underlying AI models.

2. Membership and Account Security

• Authentication is handled through a secure third-party provider.
• Responsibility for the use of your account by unauthorized persons belongs to the user.
• In case of misuse of the service (spam, reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, etc.), the account may be suspended.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

Paid packages (Pro, Premium, Elite) are billed through our secure payment partner based on the selected period (monthly/yearly). Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Since digital service delivery is immediate, no refunds are made after usage.

4. Disclaimer

FitJobs does not guarantee employment to the user. The accuracy of the content produced by AI must be checked and verified by the user. We cannot be held responsible for data loss that may occur due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform design, software, and brand belong to FitJobs. Original content uploaded by users remains the property of the user, but FitJobs is granted a limited license to process this data solely for the execution of the requested service.
